Depression: A Girl's Invisible Enemy

Adolescence is a stage of life when teenagers seem to be in a state of confusion as they try to establish their independence. Unfortunately in the African American community, depression is simply pushed under the rug. This workshop/seminar is designed to help teens recognize the symptoms of depression and learn ways to cope with the overload of emotions.
