Using proper etiquette and social graces bring confidence. By teaching modern etiquette, it helps them become their best selves, so that they may lead positive, successful, and gracious lives.
Adolescence is a stage of life when teenagers seem to be in a state of confusion as they try to establish their independence. Unfortunately in the African American community, depression is simply pushed under the rug. This workshop/seminar is designed to help teens recognize the symptoms of depression and learn ways to cope with the overload of emotions.
